We're so happy you are considering taking a trip with us! To make a booking, please follow these steps.

Step 1: Pick your tour & Dates

Read through the descriptions of our tours and services to pick the one you're interested in. Choose a date that would work for you from our schedules.

Step 2: Get in touch

Contact us to confirm the availability of dates. Please check with us before you book your flights/ferries as the schedules on our webpage are not always up to date. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions you might have and discuss any health or fitness concerns. We will hold your spots without a deposit while you complete our mandatory medical form and confirm travel plans.

Step 3: Fill our Medical Forms (Overnight Boat Tours only)

We will email you the link to our online personal information/medical information form and every person in your booking group must fill this out and submit it to us.  Once we receive the completed form(s), we will review to ensure the trip is suitable and then notify you so that you may finalize travel plans. 

Step 4: Pay your deposit

Once you have made travel plans, confirm your booking by providing a 25% deposit. This can be paid by credit card or cheque. 

Note that our winter office hours are 10am - 4pm PST Wednesdays and Fridays

Before Your Trip

A couple days before the start of the trip, give us a call or drop by the office to confirm last-minute details, ask any more questions you might have, and confirm how you would like to pay the balance.  If we do not hear otherwise, we will process the balance on the same card as provided for the deposit.  Note that at the beginning of the trip, you will be asked to sign a waiver . At any point in your trip planning, you are welcome to get in touch with us, and if we can't answer your questions we will be happy to point you toward other resources.

Our Cancellation Policy

At time of confirmation of booking we require a 25% deposit. The balance will be due the day before the trip.

  • If you cancel more than 90 days prior to the beginning of the tour we will refund the full deposit amount.

  • Between 90 and 60 days prior we will keep the 25% deposit.

  • Less than 60 days prior we will keep the 25% and charge you the remainder of the amount owing if we cannot fill the space. This means if we book someone else in your space we will not charge you any more. If we cannot find anyone else to fill the space we will charge you the balance on the date the trip starts. Most other companies require full, non refundable payment 60 days in advance, but since we think we can re-book most trips if given sufficient notice, we don't want to charge you unless it costs us.
