Being a local operator gives us an advantage in offering wilderness adventures ranging in length and levels of difficulty from May through mid September. Unlike most visiting operators, our long season allows our trip itineraries to correspond with wildlife migrations, weather and tides, while encountering very few other people.

Power Boat Tours

We use the highest quality open boats that money can buy, the same boats used by the Coast Guard and Military. These boats are rigid hull inflatables, manufactured by Zodiac Hurricane. A deep V fibergass hull creates a smoother ride on the water, and the hypalon tubing around the hull adds extra floatation. The hypalon tubing is seperated into 5 sections and the hull is completely enclosed and self draining making the boat virtually unsinkable (you would have to rip open the tubes in 5 seperate places then rip open the thick fiberglass hull). The weight of the deep V hull combined with the high riding tubes, gives the boat great stability, in fact, to tip it over you would have to turn it 110 degrees onto its side.

The fact that we own four such boats, which we operate out of Moresby Camp (the closest road access to the park), allows us to respond quickly should there be mechanical problems. In most cases we will probably be able to exchange boats and continue the tour with little disruption. No other company which operates in the park can offer the same.

Kayaking Tours

We offer affordable, fully catered kayaking adventures never compromising the needs of our guests. Hearty food and good company create a fun and relaxing environment. Guides consult with guests, taking into account weather, tides, wildlife, and the general interests of the group, to make up our daily trip itinerary. After all it's your wilderness experience and you should have a say in your experience.

Guests will benefit from paddling our fleet of top quality fiberglass single and double sea kayaks. We acknowledge that people are all built differently and have different confidence levels. A mixed fleet of kayaks, ranging in size and performance, allows the guests the comfort they deserve. Our guests get to experience various styles of sea kayaks while building confidence and skills with their guide, still keeping the freedom to explore.
