Jesse Holt

As our current float camp cook, Jesse makes culinary dreams come true. He was born in Canada, but has spent most of his life in Australia. He came up last summer to visit his sister Hannah at the float camp and couldn't believe that she was paid to stay in such a great place and cook, so he took the job for this summer. He has worked in numerous restaurants throughout the years and was an apprentice at a restaurant in Australia.

He has gone to University to study English and writing, but has now shifted his focus to the sciences, with hopes of studying medicine. He is doing some of his school work this summer, so in between reading recipe books, he may be working on some organic chemistry problems.
