For those traveling by air, bringing your own camping gear can be a challange. Because of this, and many requests, we decided to add a limited amount of camping gear to our rental inventory. We have chosen gear which is well suited to our climate and conditions, gear that we would use ourselves for camping on the Charlottes..

MEC Tarn 3 tent

This tent is comfortable for two, but a tight sqeeze for three. It has a good size vestibule to take off and store your wet raingear and boots.

MEC Kelvin 3.8 Inflatable Sleeping Pad

This self inflating sleeping pad is 3.8cm thick to keep the chill away through four-season use. The big valve makes it easy to deflate, and closes again with a simple twist.
