Booking Information

Step One
Choose the service and dates you want from our tour or transport schedules.

Step Two
Contact us at the contact information below to confirm the availability of dates and ask us any questions. We suggest doing this before you book flights and other services as the schedules on our webpage are not guaranteed to be up to date.

Step Three
Book the trip. We will ask you a number of questions and will take a 25% deposit required for confirmation of booking. This can be paid by credit card or cheque.

Step Four
A couple days before the start of the trip give us a call or drop by the office to confirm last-minute details and ask any more questions you might have.

Step Five
Have a great time on your holiday!

Step Six
Pay the balance owing at the end of your trip.

Paperwork

At the beginning of the trip, we will have two forms for you to sign: One for Parks Canada giving your name, address and signature, and a document informing you of some of the risks involved in our trips. Click Here to view our risk recognition form.

Cancelation Policy

At time of confirmation of booking we require a 25% deposit. The balance will be due at the end of the tour. If you cancel more than 90 days prior to the beginning of the tour we will refund the full deposit amount. Between 90 and 60 days prior we will keep the 25% deposit. Less than 60 days prior we will keep the 25% and charge you the remainder of the amount owing if we cannot fill the space. This means if we book someone else in your space we will not charge you any more. If we cannot find anyone else to fill the space we will charge you the balace on the date the trip starts. Most other companies require full, non refundable payment 60 days in advance, but since we think we can re-book most trips if given sufficient notice, we don't want to charge you unless it costs us.

If you are worried about cancelling, we suggest cancellation insurance. Some credit cards cover this for you, but if not it usually costs about 7% of the cost of the tour. Cancellation insurance covers you in case of illness or accident to you, a family member, or travelling companion, and in case of jury duty, but must be purchased prior to the purchase of the tour. If you would like us to hold off on taking the deposit until you get this insurance, mention it when you are booking.
